Hi My name is Paul Guy
l am a fully Qualified Authorised Civil Marriage Celebrant.
located at Wilton, NSW.
Surrounded by Camden, Campbeltown, Appin, Wollongong and the Southern Highlands.
Now in my forties. My background was in the Hospitality Industry.
Left school in 1980 to do an Apprenticeship as a Chef in fine dining French Cuisine. l have a Trade Certificate in Commercial Catering, completed a Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management.
Was the Restaurant Manager and Function's Coordinator for Picton Village Motel, and held many other exciting positions in the Industry.
Including being the Executive Chef at Eschol Park House, Eschol Park (working for Arthur and Margaret Townsend the previous owners)
Am now working for Boral Shared Business Services in Accounts Payable at Prospect NSW.
